A new monthly online support group for parents and caregivers which will start on Wednesday, February 12th at 7pm. This support group is a joint initiative by Ballymote Family Resource Centre - FRC and turn2me.ie a high-quality, safe, anonymous, and confidential space where people can gain support for their mental health online.
