Understand your child's emotional world by learning to read emotional needs.
The Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) course is an evidence-based, eight-session group program designed to help parents and caregivers understand their child's emotional needs and strengthen their attachment, ultimately fostering secure relationships
When: Wednesday 7th May from 10am - 12pm.
Where: Breffni Family Resource Centre
This six week course is FREE and is open to all parents/guardians with a child aged 4months to 6 years old.
