Make True Freinds and tackle your problems
Grow is a community of people drawn together by our first-hand experiences of mental health challenges. Having found practical ways of helping each other recover from mental health challenges or life struggles we developed what we refer to as The Grow Program.
Meetings are non-judgemental, strictly confidential, non-denominational and open to all.
When: Each Wednesday 11am-1pm.
Where: Breffni Family Resource Centre.
