Walk and Talk and meet new people
Walk & Talk! This is great if you are new to Sligo and want to see some beautiful scenery.
This first one is a short flat walk - can be done easily with baby and buggy. Miffy Hoad from HSE Health and Wellbeing will be with us to show us how to make the most of the Sligo outdoors.
