Parenting, Puberty and Additional Education Needs
This event is designed to provide valuable insights and guidance for parents navigating the challenges of parenting and puberty with teens with additional needs.
This is a two-part webinar
Session 1 - Tues 12th March , 10.30am-12pm
This session will focus on the importance of clear, consistent communication around puberty. Creating an inclusive and safe environment in which to express curiosity, seek answers and gently challenge is essential to helping teens thrive.
Session 2 - Tues 17th March , 10.30am-12pm
This session will focus on reviewing useful resources to develop knowledge about puberty and identification of skills needed to enable teens to flourish in respectful healthy relationships with others.

Dr. Clara O’Byrne is a chartered coaching psychologist with expertise in Education & Disability. Dr. O’Byrne has extensive experience of working with young people with additional needs and their families, across multiple settings. More information is available at www.claraobyrne.ie
