 Family Carers Ireland are having a Carers Holistic Day for family carers in Sligo on Monday 21^st October from 11am – 4pm at the Sligo Park Hotel, Pearse Road, Sligo F91 Y762.

There will be a range of different holistic treatments available: massage therapy, reflexology treatment, reiki therapy, and there will also be essential oil treatments happening too.

Lunch will be provided on the day.
