Solace Café is a FREE out-of-hours, non-clinical mental health service.
This service is for anyone over the age of 18 who is experiencing a mental health difficulty that is causing emotional overwhelm or a feeling of being unable to cope. it is also available to anyone supporting someone who is experiencing a mental health difficulty.
