Information sessions for parents on the introduction of solids to your baby.

The solid start programme is a free education programme provided by Public Health Nurses to parents when their baby is aged between 4-6months.
This programme involves education to parents on the importance of a healthy diet and the different stages of weaning for their baby onto family foods.
Most classes are organised at a time to suit parents lifestyle.
Each class is interactive and practical. The content of the class is researched based and endorsed by the community dietician team.
