Circle of Security is an evidence-based parenting programme that supports parent and children to build positive, warm attachments. This group programme that will help parents to:
- Understanding children's behaviour
- Respond to their cues
- Create a secure base from which children can explore their world safely
- Consider your own needs when parenting

When: 19th&26th October, 9th,16th,23rd,30th of November and 7th of December.
Where: Breffni Family Resource Centre, Carrick-on-Shannon.
