The programme is for young people aged between 13-16 years old, participation is free but places are limited.

The CRIB is hosting a 12 week Youth Mindfulness and Mental Health Programme starting Tuesday January 14th. The group will run every Tuesday from 6-7:30pm in The CRIB, Rockwood Parade, Sligo, F91 TC2W.
The programme will use The Decider manual - The Decider Skills use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to teach young people the skills to recognise their own thoughts, feelings and behaviours, enabling them to monitor and manage their own emotions and mental health.
The programme is for young people aged between 13-16 years old, participation is free but places are limited. The programme will conclude with a group trip - to be decided by the young people.
