Sligo Leitrim West Cavan Home Youth Liaison Service are now offering extended support for Young people that are pregnant or parenting. This service is available to Parents 24 years old and under with children under 3 years of age. We offer supports around pre-natal and post-natal care for you and your baby .Other supports may include, information regarding social welfare entitlements, how to access housing, staying and/or returning to education. This support will be carried out in a place that best suits the parent, e.g. home/office/ independent space and our approach is very much individual needs led.
