La Leche League of Ireland Annual Conference 2024. Conference programme including inviting thought-provoking speakers, presenting informative talks, and workshops. This year you will meet Sarah Ockwell-Smith, a well known parenting expert who specialises in the psychology and science of parenting and attachment theory, Dr. Nigel Rollins who is acting head of research for the WHO Department of Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health and Aging, Carol Smyth an IBCLC, author and CBT psychotherapist and Dr. Sarah Brennan who is a GP and lecturer in NUI Galway. La Leche League Leaders are presenting sessions sharing their knowledge, understanding and their own parenting experiences on a range of interesting topics. We also have other sessions and speakers which add to the wealth of knowledge being shared this weekend.
